Biography

Carlo Nardone is a business attorney advising clients in both the United States and Europe. His practice focuses on corporate law, with particular emphasis on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. He also provides ongoing counsel on day-to-day corporate legal matters.

Carlo has advised on various buy-side and sell-side transactions across domestic, European, and international markets, and has assisted several Italian companies in preparing for the entry of both domestic and foreign investors, including global investment funds. He represented Europe’s leading medical diagnostics group in its acquisition of a premier Italian provider of diagnostic, rehabilitation, and occupational medicine services, and has facilitated and coordinated the exit of a variety of financial investments. In addition to his transactional work, he regularly provides operational and legal support to domestic and international businesses.

Recent representations also include advising a major real estate operator on its entry into the Italian market through an investment in a local firm; representing a private office in the €200 million acquisition of a controlling stake in a premium Italian bicycle manufacturer from a private equity seller; and supporting multiple early-stage companies from formation through successive financing rounds.

Before joining Bochner PLLC, Carlo worked alongside several leading law firms, including those ranked among the Am Law 50.
