Chloë Brownstein is an employment law attorney with extensive experience in all elements of human resources.Chloë Brownstein is an associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. Ms. Brownstein’s practice includes counseling clients on a broad range of employment matters, as well as litigating employment and other claims in court and before administrative agencies. Prior to joining Bochner PLLC, Ms. Brownstein was an associate in a New York firm concentrating her practice on labor and employment law in the hospitality industry. She regularly advised clients on daily personnel matters, wage and hour compliance, implementation of policies and procedures, as well as conducting trainings and investigations. In addition, Ms. Brownstein handles employment litigation matters from inception through discovery. Ms. Brownstein has an extensive background in human resources. Prior to attending Brooklyn Law School, Ms. Brownstein spent a decade as a human resources manager in the restaurant industry. During that time, she gained wide-ranging experience handling personnel and benefits related matters for her employers while also involved in daily business operations. Ms. Brownstein has also been in state service, working for the New York State Office of the Attorney General under the Schneiderman and Underwood administrations.
