John assisted in defending businesses and corporate clients from a variety of claims, including claims of Civil Racketeering, Breach of Contract, Tortious Interference, and Trademark and Patent Infringement, among others. John also aided in the prosecution of civil claims and the drafting of an opposition to appeal in the Ninth Circuit.
At Brooklyn Law School, John was a National Team competitor for the Moot Court Honor Society in the Trial Division. John won two gold medals in national trial advocacy competitions and was also an active member of the Health Law and Policy Society and recipient of the Carswell Scholarship. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies with a focus on Business Administration and Philosophy from Ithaca College.
