Teddy previously served as an Emerging Companies and Venture Capital associate at Latham & Watkins LLP where he gained extensive experience working for some of the top private companies and investors navigating the complexities of the bull market. His work encompassed a broad spectrum of high-stakes transactions, including venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
