Andrew Adams is a seasoned senior executive delivering high-quality, strategic legal and business advice. Currently he is the managing attorney of our Boston and D.C. offices.

In addition to his legal experience, Andrew Adams has experience as the General Counsel and CFO for high-tech companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises. He also has substantive experience managing legal and financial departments and 20+ years reporting to and working with C-level executives. Andrew has also been a top advisor and subject matter expert for technology companies regarding Global Data Privacy Regulations (GDPR), HIPAA, e-discovery, product development, enterprise software, SaaS, mobile devices, connected devices and analytics.

Andrew’s financial skills include strong leadership experience improving operational efficiency while bringing clarity to financial reporting. Specifically, Andrew has expertise and experience in ERISA, SOX, taxes, investor relations, investment analytics, auditing, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising.
