Neil Greenbaum is an entrepreneurial, results-oriented attorney with extensive experience advising businesses, analyzing, structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions and drafting contractual agreements. He is a strategic and analytical problem solver who focuses on the overall picture to ascertain strategic business direction, often focusing on the commercial real estate and corporate and commercial transaction sectors. He proactively formulates risk mitigation strategies that protect corporate capital and profitability.

A practicing attorney since 1992, Neil is a graduate of Queens College (NY), graduating magna cum laude, and Fordham University School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in the States of Florida and New York.

Neil began his legal career in New York city, working in the private banking department of a large international bank, where he was involved in all aspects of trust & estate law. He then spent the several years working for two New York-area law firms, focusing on business and real estate transactions. In addition to practicing law, he has been involved in a number of businesses, including technology, franchising and real estate development.
