Biography
Attorney Erik Dykema contributes to the legal force at Bochner PLLC by focusing on patent litigation and trademark matters.
Erik’s work spans a variety of technologies, including medical devices, computer operating systems, software engineering, network and data communication, electronics and microcontrollers and cosmetic products. He has represented clients in matters such as patent and trademark litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, company formation, confidentiality agreements, and commercial agreements.
Erik earned his J.D. cum laude in 2010 from the Brooklyn Law School and his B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2000 from Carnegie Mellon University.
