Biography
Attorney Michael Gabriel is a seasoned intellectual property practitioner with a broad range of intellectual property experience. He has counseled clients in all aspects of intellectual property, including transactional, litigation and prosecution practices.
Michael litigated patents in federal court through trial and before the International Trade Commission in the technological fields of medical devices, telecommunications and telecommunications equipment, digital image processing, internet and ecommerce, banking operations, digital rights management, firewall security, computer graphics and video displays, automotive equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
Michael earned his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law in 2000 and his B.S. in Engineering from Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in 1997. He was selected in 2013, 2014, and 2015 as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Intellectual Property. Super Lawyers and also named to the 2018 New York Super Lawyers list in Intellectual Property in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, 2021 and 2022.
