Saar Warner-Lipton is an accomplished real estate attorney experienced in representing a wide range of clients with their real estate needs. Saar focuses his practice on corporate real estate transactions. He regularly represents both sponsors and investors on the formation of,  and investment in,  joint ventures, syndications, and private equity funds across real estate strategies. He also has extensive experience advising on the acquisition, operation, and sale of a range of property types, from single-family homes to mixed-use portfolios (with significant exposure to hotels and other hospitality related assets) and on the financing of such assets at varied levels of the capital stack.

In the past, Saar worked at several AM 50 law firms and most recently held a senior investment role at an Israeli pension fund.
