Gregory Kenyota is an experienced trademark attorney who draws from his experience as inhouse trademark counsel at a multi-billion-dollar company to represent clients in multiple aspects of intellectual property
Gregory Kenyota has a strong background in global brand protection and intellectual property strategy, and experience with trademark litigation in federal court and at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, marketing and advertising law, sweepstakes law, and trademark licensing.
He previously served as in-house trademark counsel at a multi-billion-dollar company where he was solely responsible for managing its global trademark portfolio of more than 3,000 active applications and registrations spanning over 100 jurisdictions. His work as in-house counsel supported a diverse range of product lines, including audio equipment and automotive technology. In private practice, Gregory has prosecuted over 1,000 trademark applications, responded to more than 600 USPTO Office Actions, and served as lead counsel in over 40 proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Gregory has represented clients in all types of industries, such as clothing, food and beverages, software, and fitness.
Gregory received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his BS in Psychology in from the University of Washington.
