Joshua English is an accomplished attorney specializing in Patent, Trademark, and Copyright matters, with a strong background in the field of acoustic engineering. 

Joshua excels in assisting clients with intellectual property enforcement and litigation. He offers valuable counsel on general intellectual property portfolio management, including the drafting of opinions and the development of strategies for clients seeking to cultivate international intellectual property portfolios.

With expertise in electronics, acoustics, and AI implemented technologies Joshua provides dedicated support to a diverse range of clients, including consumer electronics manufacturers, electric motor manufacturers, and medical device companies. 

Representative Experience:

• Worked with a European client to navigate global enforcement of patents in numerous jurisdictions.
• Collaborated with a European client to develop and implement a strategy for enhancing U.S. patent applications originally drafted for Europe.

Joshua received his BS in Engineering from Solent University and holds the prestigious Intellectual Property, Media & Information Law Certificate with distinction. Additionally, he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Law at Brooklyn Law School, where he supervises law students of the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic, offering pro bono legal services to startup technology companies.
