Laura Harper is a skilled attorney specializing in Patent and Trademark matters, with a background in medical devices. As a patent prosecution attorney, Laura plays a pivotal role in interpreting and protecting the intellectual property portfolios of our clients. She is passionate about learning about the client and customizing the portfolio to their unique needs. 

Laura has leveraged her background in the prosecution of patents pertaining to medical devices, in addition to e-commerce, chemical compositions, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and more. She is a member of Bochner PLLC’s Patent Prosecution and IP Group.

Laura received her BS in Biomedical Engineering from California Baptist University where she served in executive positions with the local Society of Women Engineers and Biomedical Engineering Society chapters. Laura received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in the accelerated SCALE program. Additionally, she received a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Technology Law with honors and served in an executive position in the Intellectual Property Law Society.
